We shared the Taste Of New Orleans, and immediately regretted not ordering more. If you miss the intensity of flavors that you can only find in NOLA, but you're stuck in Tennessee, come here.

Although i'm rating this restaurant five stars there is some bad...., The day I visited the restaurant, It was closed for a property event. Forcing me and my wife to go to a restaurant of lesser quality. Not cool guys However, once we made it back to Blue Orleans, sat down and, eat there was a flavor explosion in every bite. Maybe you have to go to Bourbon Street to get equally for better cajun food, but in Chattanooga, Blue Orleans is the spot. Our server was friendly and professionally and quickly build a rapport with me and my wife. The music was pleasant not loud. My wife and I enjoyed every bit of what Blue Orleans offered. You cannot go wrong by choosing to dine at this restaurant.

Our family of four visited this cute New Orleans cuisine restaurant after reading great reviews online while we were visiting Chattanooga for a sports tournament. We went early for dinner on a Friday evening and plenty of seating was available (it became more crowded as the night progressed). We were greeted by our server, Sidney, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. The ambience was great and the food was even better. Although the fried gator was highly recommended, we weren’t feeling particular “daring” this evening so we started with crab cakes and seafood gumbo. Neither disappointed. The crab cakes were flavorful with a bit of spice and the gumbo was thick and filling. Our entrees included shrimp and grits, a shrimp po’ boy, shrimp d’orleans pasta, and chicken tenders (with a side of red beans and rice) for my less adventurous younger one. The portions were generous and the meals were extraordinary. We left with our bellies full and happy. So if you are in Chattanooga and looking a great restaurant with some authentic NOLA based food, Blues Orleans is the spot!

Great restaurant on the river. Food was excellent, service was excellent and a beautiful view of the river. The oysters was so good. They were small but salty, which is my favorite.

The best Cajun food. I had the Crawfish Etouffee and my husband had the southern comfort which was both DELICIOUS!! The service was top notch. We had to wait a little bit for our food (which we didn't mind) the chef came out and apologized for the wait and told us the food will be right out. We will definitely be back and try his other foods in the menu.

I don't often make reviews, but I did want to highlight my great trip to Blue Orleans. I came from a recommendation off an apartment tour. The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were kind. I am not from the area, but I wanted to thank Christie for immediately making me feel welcome and giving me insight on the Chattanooga area. The other staff was equally as great, and I wish I got their names!

We were visiting from out of town and had dinner this evening with family and friends we had a large party of 10. The atmosphere, food, and service were all top notch. It was so nice being able to sit, talk, and enjoy dinner and not feel rushed. It took a while to get our food but we absolutely did not mind at all, you could tell every dish was made with love. If you love traditional Cajun Creole food you need to give it a try.
